The Lumatek 30W UV LED auxiliary light complements the light spectrum and improves the quality of the crop during the flowering phase. It has been specially developed to harmonize seamlessly with the Lumatek Zeus LED lights, has an integrated power supply and even enables series connection. Our specially designed lamp ensures that your plants receive the optimum doses of UV-B (280-315 nm) and UV-A (315-400 nm) radiation. Each light delivers 2.2 kJ/day (12 hours) of UV-B energy and 518 kJ/day (12 hours) of UV-A output, which equates to 100 mW of UV-B and 12000 mW of UVA. The daisy chain cable allows you to easily connect multiple devices together. Depending on the use of the light, it has a single input and output socket for the power cable or the daisy chain cable. Please note that the power cable (4 m) and the daisy chain cable (1.5 m) are available separately.

Our Lumatek 30 watt UV LED bar is specifically designed for use with Zeus lights. To ensure the best light distribution over your crop, we recommend integrating at least two units of the 30 Watt UV LED bar:

Recommended use of UV-B + UV-A irradiation
Always combine additional UVB + UVA radiation with our Lumatek Zeus Full Spectrum LED range, starting with a 12-hour photoperiod and gradually reducing it during the flowering phase, at least 4 weeks before harvest.
For an even distribution of UV radiation, observe the recommended minimum units and the distance from the plant canopy specified in our grow light strategy table.
If plant damage occurs, we recommend increasing the distance between the light and the plant canopy or reducing the UV light output by shortening the photoperiod.

Precautionary measures
Our LUMATEK 30 W UV add-on LED bar emits electromagnetic radiation in the UVB (near UV erythema) and UVA (near UV black light) spectrum with wavelengths between 280 and 400 nm.
To avoid any effects on the human body, switch off the power supply when installing your grow system or carrying out maintenance work.
If it is not possible to switch off the UV bars, cover any exposed areas of skin, including the face, neck, head, hands and wounds, with opaque clothing. If appropriate protective clothing such as long pants, closed shoes, gloves, long-sleeved lab coats and goggles are worn, the rest of the body is considered adequately covered.
Avoid direct eye contact with the light, as the UVB radiation from the lamp can damage the skin and eyes.
Ensure an unobstructed flow of air over the lights to avoid heat build-up, which could significantly reduce the service life of your additional UV LED strips.
Ensure that the additional UV LED strip does not come into contact with surfaces while it is switched on.
