Oil Black Leaf Extractor S
Dabbing is becoming increasingly popular, but unfortunately there are not yet many countries in the world today where the required concentrates such as oil or wax are readily available.
With this extractor from Oil Black Leaf®, ganjapreneurs can extract the finest oils and potent concentrates relatively quickly and easily from flowers and other plant material (e.g. leaf waste). This works with the Oil Black Leaf® extractor using butane gas. However, we recommend the use of D.M.E. (dimethyl ether), as this is less explosive, non-toxic and far more efficient.
And this is how easy the extraction works, which should only be carried out outdoors or in very well ventilated rooms and away from all sources of heat:
Loosely fill the extraction container with well-dried as well as shredded plant material and close it, a rubber ring provides the necessary seal. Attach the butane gas or D.M.E. can and allow the solvent to flow into the extractor. The liquid extract will soon begin to run out the other side, after being filtered through the replaceable sieve. It is best to collect it in a sufficiently large and temperature-resistant bowl, which ideally should also be non-stick. After approx. 24 hours, the precious, sticky concentrate can then be scraped off.
Do not overfill or pack tightly Use the extractor at your own risk
With this type of extraction, the extraction container becomes extremely cold and normally requires the wearing of protective gloves. The 'Oil Black Leaf' extractor is therefore encased in a non-slip silicone cover that protects against freezer burn. However, for safety reasons, we strongly recommend that you wear safety goggles and cold-resistant protective gloves during the entire process! When the gas can is completely empty, the extractor operator should wait at least 30 seconds before removing it from the extractor. To clean, first remove any remaining plant material from the extractor and then clean it, preferably in the dishwasher.
