For shipping within Germany, we use DHL to ensure reliable and fast delivery.

Discreet shipping:
Upon request, we offer discreet shipping to protect your privacy. Your shipments are sent in neutral packaging with no visible indication of the contents.

Invoice in the parcel:
The invoice will be enclosed in the parcel.

Shipping days:
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

Local pick-up:
Customers have the option to pick up orders in person at our location. Please note our opening hours and wait for confirmation that you are ready to collect before coming by.

Shipping costs

Parcel shipping costs:
- Orders over 50€ incl. VAT (the order total refers to the subtotal minus all discounts) and up to 31.5 KG: Shipping is free of charge.
- Orders under 50€ incl. VAT (the order total refers to the subtotal minus all discounts) and up to 31.5 KG: Shipping costs of 4.99€ apply.
- The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days.

Shipping costs for bulky goods:
- There is a charge of €19.90 for shipping bulky goods up to 31.5 KG.
- The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days.

Pallet shipping costs:
- From a weight of 31.5 KG, shipping is carried out as pallet shipping with a fee of 70€. These products are marked accordingly.
- The delivery of pallets is carried out by a truck free curbside.
- The delivery time is usually 2-7 working days.

Payment methods:

Prepayment:
You have the option of paying in advance by bank transfer. Once the order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail with the necessary account information to make the payment. The order will be processed and shipped upon receipt of payment.

Card payment on site:
We accept card payments on site at the store. You have the option to pay conveniently by credit or debit card when you make your purchases in person at our store.

Due to the usage policies of payment providers restricting products for cannabis consumption, we are currently unable to accept payments via PayPal or most other online payment methods. We are working on alternatives and apologize for any inconvenience.
